About Me
Growing up in Broadstairs, I spent two decades building a successful career in London before returning to raise my young family.
My transition to that of personal trainer was a natural one - the culmination of years spent working to deliver results for people, alongside a genuine passion for health and fitness.
Recent times have reinforced how lucky I feel to live by the sea. Now I get to do meaningful work here too.

I do not believe in a one fits all approach. We all have individual body shapes, are of varying fitness levels and enjoy doing different things so it is important that I create a program for each person dependent on these factors and personal goals and that this gets evaluated on an ongoing basis.

I design and deliver programmes for clients with lower back pain, focusing on posture and alignment through stretching and strengthening muscles.

I take referrals from medical professionals to create training programmes for clients with specific medical conditions or long-term health problems.

I work with women of all ages to transform their fitness and significantly improve their long-term health.

I help women to stay safe, strong and healthy during and after pregnancy, from low impact aerobic exercises to strengthening abdominals and pelvic floor.
