  • HOW LONG ARE THE SESSIONS FOR?
    Each personal training session is 45 minutes long - this includes a warm up and cool down/stretch. This is hugely important to ensure our bodies are ready to exercise whilst also helping prevent injury and stress on our joints and ligaments.
  • WHAT HAPPENS AT THE FREE CONSULTATION?
    It's a quick session which enables us to talk through your fitness goals, any health issues you may have and enables you to ask any questions you need prior to committing to any sessions with me.   • DO I NEED TO HAVE A CERTAIN LEVEL OF FITNESS TO DO PERSONAL TRAINING?
    No. If you do have any specific health concerns it is important we are aware of these before we develop your training programme. But we cam start from scratch and work towards your end goal with a progression that suits you and your body.
  • HOW MANY SESSIONS DO I NEED?
    I would recommend between 1 and 3 sessions per week depending on what you are trying to achieve. This is also dependent on what time you have available and what other physical activity you are doing throughout the week. Everybody is different and there is no one fits all answer here. All I would say is that consistency and frequency are key in achieving results!
  • ARE YOU INSURED?
    Yes I have £10 million fitness cover (includes public liability, indemnity, advice and goods supplied).

  • WHAT ARE YOUR COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS?
    The studio itself is very airy and the doors and windows are opened throughout the session and prior to your session commencing. If requested, I can wear a face mask throughout your session. Each piece of used equipment is cleaned post use ready for the next client with antibacterial spray/wipes. Clients are asked that if they are displaying any symptoms of covid or signs of any such symptoms that they phone in advance and don't attend their session.
