PT Sessions

My personal training sessions are designed around your individual goals. Underpinning whatever your goals are, will be support from me to ensure that you are challenging yourself in a positive way to effect the change you want. This is also whilst we work together on implementing and then maintaining correct form to help avoid injury and enable you to progress.

 

Personal Training sessions are 45 minutes and can be booked singularly or in a block booking of 12 sessions. You can buddy up with your friend or partner at my DUO sessions or have my undivided attention in a one to one.
